Oven Baked Cheese Bites
Protein packed and low-carb these are a great option for a quick snack, or topping to any meals.
P.S- The ONLY ingredient is cheese!
Frozen artichoke dip
A delicious dip that is great for parties, snacking, or making into a meal!
Frozen Cauliflower Crust Pizza
Gluten free goodness and the perfect low-carb alternative to regular pizza. This is a staple for me for busy weeks!
Stacked Eggplant Parmesan
Full of bold delicious flavor and a perfect main dish (found in the frozen aisle)!
Mini Brie Bites
Great low carb snack that is perfect for portion control.
Carrot Spirals
Unique alternative to regular pasta that pairs great with a variety of sauces. I like carrot noodles more than zucchini – they hold up better when cooked!
Everything but the Bagel Seasoning
If you haven’t tried this yet… you are missing out! Perfect seasoning on everything from eggs, to chicken, veggies and more! Truly a game changer.
Beet Chips
Fun alternative to regular chips. Believe it or not, the only ingredient is beets!
Chicken Strips
I use these in salads, stir-frys, etc!
Everyday & Lemon Pepper seasonings
Everything But the Bagel Seasoning is great & all – but these are great too!
Low calorie dressings
The fat-free balsamic vinaigrette and the sesame ginger dressing are my favorites!
Mashed cauliflower
Just like mashed potatoes… SO GOOD.
100-calorie chocolate bars
I actually prefer the milk chocolate!
